    There are several fee structures available for our credit-control services– depending on your company’s requirements and preferences. These include a fixed cost per credit-controller, a commission only basis based on percentage of collections or a combination of the two. Once we understand your credit-control needs and business preferences we will outline potential costs for each method.

    4D Contact offer credit-control services primarily across Europe but with a little notice could provide global cover.

    We can offer our credit-control services for as little as three months to support staff absences or help service peak periods. We can also work for a fixed period to provide a champion challenger to your existing in-house team and enable you to see what good looks like or we can provide permanent outsourced support as an extension of your inhouse team.

    To commence collection activity, we simply need debtors name and contact details and copy invoices and clarification of your payment terms and conditions. Many of credit-control customers give us a daily feed from their collections or ERP platform so are team are working as current as any inhouse team will be.
